weekend getaway trip

A few weeks ago, the bf and i decided to take the weekend and drive back to our hometown of malacca. Our parent's hometown to be precise.

Of course first stop is jonker street for my favorite chicken rice balls. Tho, he doesn't really fancy the balls much.

We checked in to this quaint little hotel in the middle of nowhere, unnoticeable if you don't know where it is located. Beautifully decorated with traditional nyonya decorations, jars, condiments, etc.
Definitely a recommend to all who enjoys elegantly dressed rooms with plush pillows and comforters with 5 star services.
