Can I has this bag for fwee pweeze?

I have the funniest sister in the world. She won a bid online for a bag not understanding fully that the amount she bid for was not the actual amount. To her credit, it was her first time trying her hands on online bidding. Long story short, she won and has to pay a higher amount that she actually believed she bid for. So the smart girl that she is (straight As in SPM and STPM plus a band 6 in Muet which is the highest one can go for the english test. Oh plus she's a mensa member whatever that means) sent an email to them in broken english, in hopes that she can convince them that she didn't understand what she was bidding for to get out of it.

"I apologizes that i cannot pay for the amount i win the bag. I have not bid before and I am thinking I pay the minimum bid amounts. I not understand what reserve price mean. I want to retract my winning bid. I am so sorry. Please do not give me bad feedback. But I understands if you will."

Right now she is starting a fund for this should she not be able to get out of it with her bad English. Any kind-hearted funders? :p
