It has been a year!

February 2009 - February 2010

I’m not going to talk about one most memorable incident between us, because it’s very hard for me to pinpoint one in particular.

But there's one particular moment that drove home the feeling for us - ok, for me. :p
This was when he drove all the way to SG after a tiring day of work just to help me pack up my things and transport them back to KL. That was the most outrageous and sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me. It was also the moment that I knew for sure I have fallen in love with this amazing creature disguised as a monkey. It is no doubt in my mind that he will go the extra mile for me, just as I would for him.

It has been a year now since we’ve been together. An amazing year filled with laughter, new memories and constant love. Although sometimes there will be things that pisses us off but this are the learning journey in building a relationship.

One year ago, you appeared in my radar when I least expected you to. That was also because you 'chong-ed' la. And I never would have imagined we could have what we have now together.

People say do not have a prejudged list of what you want in a partner as this would limit you to other possibilities and quirks of people that may prove to be magical in your relationship. Call it luck, fate, whatever, but if I had a list of what I wanted in a partner drawn out, you would most likely fit all the points.I say 'most-likely' because we have our differences, but like I said, the little quirks that I never included in my imaginary list, has kinda grown on me. :)

If I were to sum up our past year, it would be a travel and activity filled year topped with happy love moments.

Gong Xi Gong Xi

A month just flew by along with my favorite holiday of the year, the annual Chinese New Year. The house decked in red with colourful blooming fake peonies, orkids (real) and other flowers, goodies that goes straight from your happy palate to your thighs, face and arms, ang paus, gambling sessions, sumptuous dinners.. what can you not like about that? Apart from the atrocious heat wave tho.

In a mere 20 days alone, so much has happened. Found out something about a dear friend which she kept it a secret from all of us. -_- Nonetheless, it's a very happy thing which we are all happy for and looking forward to celebrating more this year.

Anyway, Gong Xi Fa Cai / Giong Hee Huat Chai to all, may this year of the Tiger roar upon all of us endless good health, wealth, and happiness.

Maybe..

Maybe because I have these responsibilities for so long now, that I want to run away or start afresh. Now that I may have to double them, I'm torn.

Maybe, just maybe I'm not that ready.
